Absolutely, you keep full ownership of your company. Our aim is to assist in increasing the worth of your equityalong with our branduniting all partners in the journey towards a significant milestone, such as a sale. While such an outcome can't be promised or guaranteed, it's a collective ambition we're dedicated to striving for, together.

Will you take already establish agencies?

Certainly, it's a possibility, albeit with complexities. Should your agency demonstrate considerable promise and a willingness to adhere to our franchise principles, we're keen to engage in dialogue. Bringing aboard an established and thriving team could indeed be advantageous for all parties involved.

What does it cost to start?

TalentHub Partners collaborates with premier franchise-focused legal firms and accounting practices to support you in establishing your business, obtaining the necessary licences, and managing payroll, taxes, and beyond. Given that expenses can differ based on the market, we've secured exclusive package deals to help you economise.

Will you take anyone who applies?

Absolutely not. At TalentHub Partners, our mission is to unite top-tier recruiters, equipping them with cutting-edge technology and comprehensive administrative backing to thrive. Our ultimate goal centres on successful acquisitions, necessitating that we enlist only the elite, those A-grade individuals, to steer our franchises as owners and leaders. The first cohort will ideally be Advisory Council level. 

How does TalentHub get paid?

In keeping with the standard practice of franchise operations, TalentHub benefits from a royalty on the gross revenues produced, alongside an initial franchise fee, which remains to be finalised, for the privilege of securing an exclusive territory for operations. Such arrangements are typical in the franchising world, and naturally 'early birds' get special offers. We encourage you to undertake your own research to verify this.

What if I have no prior experience?

At TalentHub Partners, our core mission is to discover and nurture recruiters brimming with potential, who echo our own aspirations. Our seasoned team is on hand to offer support, complemented by the expertise of external mentors as needed. We will also establish an Advisory Council made up of senior partners. This council will guide other partners, where necessary to ensure success.
